This Sunday You are invited to Linger Longer, a time of food and fellowship shared by all, at the Bringhurst UMC following our morning worship service on Sunday March 14th. We encourage you to bring your favorite side dish, salad, or dessert to share with those in attendance. Meat drink and table service will be provided.
Pastor Rex Charles' office hours are 9:30a until 12:30p, Monday through Thursday.

******************VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES*******************
***Volunteers are needed to assist with 345 on the first and third Wednesday of the month. Assistants will need to be available from 3:30 until 5:30p on the day they volunteer. Snack donations are also needed. Talk to Student Ministry Director Adam Conder if you can volunteer***
***Nursery and Children's church helpers are in high demand right now. If you are interested in assisting with this ministry and have a heart for God's children please see the sign up list at the back of the Sacturary or call the church office.***

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL DATES WILL BE MONDAY JUNE 7TH THROUGH FRIDAY JUNE 11TH. Mark your calendars and save the dates.
Haiti Relief - Donations by credit card or checks made to UMCOR with "Advance #418325 Hati Emergency" in memo line can be put in the weekly offering plate or mailed to UMCOR, PO Box 9068, New York, NY 10087. 100% of the gifts made to this advance go directly to Haiti.
Impact2818 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS ARE DUE TO THE CHURCH BY APRIL 1ST. You can pick one of these scholarshhip applications up from Adam or from the church office. ANY AND EVERY STUDENT THAT IS CONSIDERING ATTENDING CAMP THIS SUMMER NEEDS TO FILL ONE OF THESE APPLICATIONS OUT!!!
Men’s Bible Study meets on Saturdays at the Flora UMC at 8:00a. The men are currently studying the lives of Joseph and Joshua. Please contact Rob Kauffman for more information and details.
Women's Bible Study meets on Wednesdays at the Flora UMC at 6:30 P.M. The women are currently undertaking a study by Beth Moore entitled "Inheritance". Please contact Michelle Rinehart for more information and details.
Our women's quilting club meets at the Flora UMC on the first and third Tuesdays of every month at 6:30p. Visitors and interested women are always welcome and encouraged to attened.
345, a ministry for all 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students meets on the first and third Wednesdays of every month at the Flora UMC from 3:45 until 5:00 P.M. We play games, share a snack and discuss a Biblical topic that is exciting and relevant. In March we will meet on the 3rd and the 17th.
Practices for this year's Easter Contata on Sunday March 14th at Jubilee Fellowship. 2-4 P. M. All are welcome and encouraged to join.
The Flora UMW will meet on Monday March 15th at 7:30p. Meeting at Waneta Johnson's home.
The Bringhurst UMW will meet on Wednesday March 17th at 6:30p at the church. Please call the church office for more details on the location and agenda.
Easter Services
Community Good Friday Services on Friday April 2nd at noon at the Flora Presbyterian Church and at 7:00p at the Bringhurst United Methodist Church.
Community Sunrise Easter Service on Sunday April 4th at 6:30a at Jubilee Fellowship Church in Flora. Regular worship services and Sunday school will follow at both the Flora UMC at Bringhurst UMC.
***SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION***
ELEMENTARY CAMPERS:
1. Pick up an Impact 2818 brochure or visit www.impact2818.com for more information. Decide which week works best for your family. Most of the campers from our church will be going on the date listed below.
Kids entering grades 3-4: P202 June 13-18 at Pine Creek, $415
Kids entering grades 5-6: P302 June 13-18 at Pine Creek, $415
2. Pick up a FBUMC scholarship form in the church office, fill it out, and have it back to the church office no later than Feb. 28. NO EXCEPTIONS! Our goal as a church is to provide a 50% scholarship to each camper.
For further assistance go to www.impact2818.com and fill out an online scholarship application or pick up one from the church office (awarded for need, ethnic minority and other). The district provides this scholarship and will notify you of the amount awarded.
3. You will be notified of your scholarship amount from the church by mail.
4. Register online at www.impact2818.com or pick up paper forms from the church office to mail in before April 1st. Use your camp I-Cash with its number so that you will receive your scholarship money, and pay the remaining balance of your camp cost at that time. The total camp fee is due at that time.
JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL CAMPERS:
Students entering 7th to 9th (currently in 6th to 8th) can attend the Jr. High Camp at Rainbow Christian Camp in Converse on June 13 to 18. The cost is $325 per student.
1. Pick up a FBUMC scholarship form in the church office, fill it out, and have it back to the church office no later than Feb. 28. NO EXCEPTIONS! Our goal as a church is to provide a 50% scholarship to each camper.

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL CAMPERS:
Students entering 9th to Graduates (currently in 8th to 12th) can attend Summit Base Camp at Shiloh Park & Retreat Center in Marion on June 27 to July 2. Cost of Summit Base Camp is $250 per student.
1. Pick up a FBUMC scholarship form in the church office, fill it out, and have it back to the church office no later than Feb. 28. NO EXCEPTIONS! Our goal as a church is to provide a 50% scholarship to each camper.
2. You will be notified of your scholarship amount from the church by March 15th by mail. If you need further financial assistance, please see Adam.
3. Pick up a brochure with registration in the church office or from Micah, and return it by April 1st. Or you can download a copy of the registration form at our church website listed above.
